Nathanael Cox is the chef and director of BIG CHUNE, a popup restaurant concept focused on the exploration of Jamaican cuisine and the wider Caribbean palate. Through taking research-based approach to recipe development, Cox’s work deals with the juxtaposition of Caribbean cuisine and historical narratives, and the relation of culinary skillsets, processes, and habits among Caribbean islands.
Nathanael Cox is currently chef at Prima Brooklyn, in Clinton Hill.
